Bweyale School of Nursing and Midwifery is a private health training institution located in Kiryandongo District, Uganda. The school offers quality education in nursing and midwifery to students who aspire to become competent and compassionate healthcare professionals. The institution opened its doors in November 2015, and since then, it has provided excellent training and learning opportunities to people interested in healthcare education.
Bweyale School of Nursing and Midwifery is located in the rural town of Bweyale, about 220 km from the capital city of Uganda, Kampala.
The institution offers courses in Certificate in Nursing and Certificate in Midwifery, which provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills to become competent healthcare professionals. The institution’s aim is to provide training and learning opportunities to people that will apply scientific, health, and technological knowledge and skills to reduce mortality and morbidity in their communities and the nation at large.
The institution’s vision is to become an excellent training and learning center delivering quality graduates who are committed to learning, service, innovations, and development in health sciences and health-related technology.
The institution has a mission to supplement government efforts in providing quality healthcare education to students who will, after graduating, render their services and promote the application of their skills and knowledge to the healthcare system.
