Holy Innocents Children’s Hospital (HICH) is a pediatric general hospital located in the city of Mbarara, in the Western Region of Uganda. Established in 2009, HICH is the second entirely pediatric hospital in the country, with a total bed capacity of 55. The hospital is a collaborative effort between various stakeholders, including the Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau, the University of San Diego School of Nursing & Health Sciences, and the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, among others.
